Flatbread Rollup


  • 1 Flatbread (Light Italian Herb recommended)
  • 2 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 3 Slices of deli style Turkey
  • 2 oz. Spicy Alfalfa Sprouts
  • 2 Tbs. Ranch dressing
  • 3 Slices bacon (crispy)
  • 1½  oz. grated cheddar cheese

Directions: Fry bacon slices and allow to cool.  Use cream cheese to cover one side of flatbread.  Sprinkle sprouts and cheddar cheese over the side with the cream cheese.  Cover with Turkey.  Coat 2/3 center section with ranch dressing.  Top w/ bacon and rollup flat bread.  Cut ½ for sandwich.  Cut into ½ sections for appetizers.  Secure w/ toothpicks
